Dr. Joshua Helman

Joshua is a Harvard-trained physician licensed in fourteen states. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine and American Board of Lifestyle Medicine. He is the former Medical Director of Hippocrates Health Institute and is currently affiliated with TrueNorth Health Center.

Nareda Mills

Nareda has over 25 years’ experience in the Healthcare and Pharma industry in various leadership roles since receiving her degree as a Registered Nurse in Canada. Nareda began her clinical career at the John Hopkins All Children’s. Nareda is currently the President of the Global Patient Solutions business unit.

Peter Simeon

Peter has over 20 years of experience as a lawyer focused on securities, corporate finance, and mergers and acquisitions. Since February 2015 he has been a partner at Gowling WLG (Canada) LLP and has extensive experience in corporate commercial and securities law. Mr. Simeon acts as an independent director on several publicly traded companies in Canada.

Gregor holds a PhD from University of Amsterdam in Chemistry and Toxicology.

Yuming is a scholar and has been working as the Sr. Research Scientist at MIT Department of Mechanical Engineering (MechE) for the past 23 years. Dr. Liu has a  PhD from MIT in Marine Hydrodynamics. Dr. Liu has over 45 renowned publications in International Refereed Symposia.
